Delete your PynStream account

Use this page to request deletion of your PynStream account and associated personal data. PynStream is operated by PynCore Tech Company.

Steps to request account deletion

  1. Stop any active livestreams from the PynStream app or website.
  2. Submit the form below using the same email address registered on your PynStream account.
  3. We verify the request and email you within 30 days when deletion is complete.
  4. Alternatively, email PynStreamstream@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 73982 93231 with subject Account deletion request.

Data that will be deleted

  • Account profile (name, email, password hash)
  • Google Sign-in linkage (google_sub)
  • Livestream configurations and stream history
  • Library / uploaded video files tied to your account
  • Referral codes and in-app notification device tokens
  • Marketing email preferences

Data that may be retained

  • Payment & billing records — up to 7 years for tax, fraud prevention, and legal compliance
  • Support tickets — up to 2 years for dispute resolution
  • Anonymised analytics — aggregated usage stats with no personal identifiers
  • Data we must keep where required by applicable law
