These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PynLoop platform and all associated services (“Services”). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using any Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Parties
The Services are provided by PynCore Tech Company (“PynCore”, “we”, “us”, “our”), the owner of the PynLoop brand, to you as a user (“you”, “your”). If you use the Services on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised access or security breach.
3. Use of the Services
- You agree to use PynLoop only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and third‑party platform rules (e.g. YouTube policies).
- You will not use the Services to stream or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise harmful.
- You are solely responsible for the content you upload, stream or transmit through the Services.
- We may monitor usage for abuse, security and performance reasons and may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe there is misuse.
4. Plans, Billing & No‑Refund Policy
- Certain features are available only through paid plans or subscriptions displayed within PynLoop.
- Prices, features and plan limits may change from time to time; any changes will be communicated on our website or within the app.
- Payments are processed through third‑party providers. By completing a purchase you authorise us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method.
- All purchases, subscriptions and plan upgrades are strictly non‑refundable once a transaction is successful.
- No Refund Policy: Because PynLoop provides digital services, infrastructure allocation and resources immediately on plan activation, we do not offer refunds or partial refunds for any reason including, without limitation:
- Change of mind or mistaken purchase.
- Non‑use of Services after purchase.
- Performance issues caused by third‑party platforms, network providers, strikes or force‑majeure events.
- Where required by applicable law, we will comply with any mandatory consumer‑protection obligations. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any non‑waivable statutory rights.
5. Scheduled & Automated Streaming
PynLoop provides scheduling, automation, and continuous 24×7 streaming features for certain plans. You are responsible for ensuring that:
- Your stream keys, platform settings and content comply with the terms of each destination platform.
- You monitor your streams and stop them when necessary, especially for regulatory or content‑related reasons.
- You respect copyright, broadcasting and local regulations governing continuous streaming.
6. Intellectual Property
- PynLoop, its logo, UI, and core code are owned or licensed by PynCore Tech Company.
- You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a limited, non‑exclusive licence to process and transmit it solely for providing the Services.
- You must not reverse‑engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the platform except as permitted by law.
7. Service Availability & Disclaimer
- We aim to keep PynLoop highly available and performant, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error‑free or fully secure operation at all times.
- The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- We are not responsible for downtime, delays or limitations caused by third‑party platforms (e.g. YouTube, Google Drive), ISPs or force‑majeure events.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PynCore, its founders, officers, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of PynLoop.
9. Termination & Suspension
- We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, applicable law, or misuse the Services.
- You may stop using the Services at any time by cancelling your plan or deleting your account (where available).
- Upon termination, certain provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. intellectual property, limitation of liability, no‑refund policy) shall continue to apply.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any disputes shall, to the extent permitted by law, be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, in a location reasonably designated by PynCore.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
